Megan Morien, M.A., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Megan Morien, M.A., BCBA
Director of Chicago ABA Therapy

Megan Morien is a Chicago-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than 20 years of experience working with children in the field. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family and Human Development from Arizona State University before completing her master’s degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In 2008, Megan accepted a position as a junior ABA therapist at an elementary school. Soon, she rose to become an administrator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the school.

As an administrator, Megan became an expert in helping families transition from preschool to public education settings, implementing curriculum and programming, and ensuring success for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). In addition to training teachers, paraprofessionals, and the related service team in this field, she also supervised 25 BCBA candidates, all of whom successfully earned their BCBA certification.

Megan has extensive experience leading parent training sessions to promote consistency and carryover of skills for behavior intervention plans, resulting in incredible gains for children in the home, school, and therapeutic settings. Prior to joining the Chicago ABA Therapy team as the Director of ABA services, Megan worked in various schools in the Chicago area and provided in-home ABA programming in Arizona and Minnesota. She also served as a language instructor for two years in Gifu, Japan.

Megan currently holds a position as our Executive Director of Clinical Services. Within this role she manages the clinical development and excellence of Chicago ABA Therapy. Megan has been part of our team since 2017 and worked within school settings for 10 years prior to joining. She has had the pleasure of building relationships with many of our families and children and continues supporting our early learners and families within school and therapeutic services.

Madie Szaller, M.A., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Madie Szaller, M.A., BCBA

Madie Szaller is a Chicago Board Certified Behavior Analyst who specializes in pediatric services with extensive experience in both special education and applied behavior analysis. Before joining the Chicago ABA Therapy team, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton with her Bachelor’s degree in Adolescent Young Adult Language Arts Education and English with a minor in Spanish. 

Following her undergraduate studies, Madie had the opportunity to pursue a position with Teach for America. During this time, she was nominated for the Sue Lehman Excellence in Teaching Award. She was also chosen to be one of eight founding members of a pilot program that worked to further the positive impact of the corps. 

Madie went on to earn her Master’s degree in Special Education from National-Louis University in Chicago before completing her graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University. In 2022, she completed her certification through the UC Davis MIND Institute as an ESDM Therapist and is passionate about disseminating this style of ABA therapy among the ABA team who often works with our earliest learners. 

Throughout her years of experience, she has helped children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays make incredible gains in a variety of therapeutic settings, including in-home and classroom-based services.

Madie currently oversees the whole BCBA team at Chicago ABA Therapy.

 

Sarah Ryan, M.S., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Sarah Ryan, M.S., BCBA

Sarah Ryan is a BCBA with diverse expertise in serving individuals across a variety of educational, recreational, and home settings. She has worked with a wide range of age groups within the special needs population, spanning from 2 – 50+ years of age. Sarah has enjoyed working with early learners at Chicago ABA Therapy in setting a solid foundation for children and families’ long-term success.

Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation with a minor in Psychology from the University of Iowa.  After working as an ABA therapist where she developed a passion for behavior analysis, she earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Post-graduation, Sarah was asked to continue her time at the university teaching as an adjunct professor.

Sarah’s interests and current role center around compassionate behavior management, staff training, and professional development. Sarah has been a certified Safety Care Trainer since 2018, teaching safe and respectful behavior management strategies to other professionals. Sarah ensures quality behavior analytic training for all staff while mentoring future BCBA’s and helping them hone their clinical skills.

Kaitlin Conroy, M.Ed., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Kaitlin Conroy, M.Ed., BCBA

Kaitlin Conroy is a Chicago-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). After growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina, Kaitlin went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and her Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Texas at Austin.

Carolyn Zacsh, M.Ed., BCBA

Carolyn es una Analista de Comportamiento Certificada con una historia diversa de trabajo con niños pequeños con autismo y otras diferencias de desarrollo. Antes de perseguir ABA, Carolyn enseñó gimnasia a niños de 2-5 años con necesidades especiales y ahora trae su energía y entusiasmo por el juego motor grueso a sus clientes en Chicago ABA Therapy.

Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance from the University of Illinois and has a Master’s of Education (M.Ed.) from Arizona State University specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Además de su papel como BCBA, Carolyn se especializa en la formación de terapeutas para ejecutar sesiones exitosas, productivas y divertidas para todos nuestros clientes en Chicago ABA Therapy.

Cassie Halbert, M.Ed., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Cassie Halbert, M.Ed., BCBA

Cassie earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ball State University. Following, she pursued a master’s degree in Counselor Education with a focus in School Counseling. It was during this time where Cassie found her passion for working in the field of applied behavior analysis, pushing her to pursue a master’s certificate from Arizona State University.

Ethan Katz, M.Ed., BCBA

Ethan Katz is a Chicago-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech and a Master’s of Special Education with a BCBA Certification from George Mason University. In the field of behavior analysis, Ethan has worked in school, clinic, and in-home settings with learners ranging from 3 to 22 years old. He has worked on a multidisciplinary team and is looking forward to collaborating with the team at Chicago ABA Therapy.

Amanda Schultz, M.A., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Amanda Schultz, M.A., BCBA

Amanda Schultz is a born-and-raised Chicagoan who received her bachelors degree in special education from the University of Dayton. After spending a few years working as a resource teacher, Amanda started working at Chicago ABA Therapy and pursuing her masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. She has experience working with clients ages 2 to 7 as well as working in the home and clinical settings. Her favorite part about being a BCBA is seeing the growth her clients make and knowing that she is making a difference in their lives.

Courtney McCann, M.A., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Courtney McCann, M.A., BCBA

Courtney McCann is a Chicago based BCBA from Northwest Indiana. She earned her Bachelors in Health Administration from the University of Southern Indiana followed by a Bachelors in Applied Behavior Analysis from FIT University. Once practicing as a BCaBA, she earned her Master’s of Arts in Special Education from Ball State University.

Courtney has been working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other related developmental delays since 2011 across a variety of settings including clinic, school, home, therapeutic pre-k and kindergarten classrooms, and Telehealth. Her passion to support children and their families really inspired her professionally, as she could not only relate from personal experiences of having a nephew on the spectrum, but knowing the impact she could make by providing education and support to families. With over 5 years of clinical experience as a BCBA, her passion is working with early learners and their families to foster communication, social, play, and daily living skills through the development of individualized treatment goals with a multidisciplinary team. Her favorite part of being a BCBA is empowering children by teaching them to communicate their wants and needs and how to be an advocate for themselves.

In her free time, Courtney enjoy’s taking advantage of all the city of Chicago has to offer. She can be found trying new restaurants, attending festivals or concerts, and cheering on her favorite sport teams.

Rubi Reynaga, M.A., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Rubi Reynaga, M.A., BCBA

Rubi Reynaga is a Chicago-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with years of experience working with children with autism and related developmental delays. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.

Rubi is passionate about naturalistic teaching styles and teaching functional communication. She loves seeing her clients use the skills they learn in therapy used in their everyday lives.

In her free time, Rubi enjoys gardening, snowboarding, and trying new restaurants in the city!

Sinéad Lynch, M.S., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Sinéad Lynch, M.S., BCBA

Sinéad Lynch is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Chicago. She grew up in the northwest suburbs and only recently moved into the city. She received a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Loyola University of Chicago. During her undergraduate career she spent a semester studying abroad at University College Cork in Cork, Ireland. She earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she defended her thesis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to increase Behavioral Skills Training (BST) effectiveness.

Sinéad has experience working with autistic individuals between the ages of 2-21 across clinic, home, therapeutic school, and community settings. While she has experience working with a vast age range, she especially enjoys working with children. Her favorite part about being a BCBA is experiencing all the individual milestones along with her clients and their families. There are so many milestones both big and small to celebrate in one’s lifetime; she wishes she could be there for them all!

In her free time, Sinéad can be found running the lakefront or curled up with a good book!

Beck Kusiak, M.S., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Beck Kusiak, M.S., BCBA

Beck Kusiak is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Chicago. She grew up in the north suburbs of Chicago, but currently lives in Logan Square. Beck received her Bachelor’s of Science in Community Health from The University of Illinois at Champaign, Urbana. After receiving her degree, she continued her education and obtained a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Throughout her time working towards her certification, she worked directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a variety of settings (e.g., school, home, clinic).

Beck has a wide range of experience working with individuals ranging from 2 – 22 years old, but especially enjoys working with the younger kids. Her favorite part about being a BCBA is watching the growth in independence of each kid that receives services.

In her free time, Beck can be found reading a good book or taking her dog for walks at different parks throughout the city.

Kiley Jacobs, M.S., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Kiley Jacobs, M.S., BCBA

Kiley Jacobs is a Chicago based BCBA. She grew up in the North Shore of Chicago. Kiley received her undergraduate degree in Special Education at University of Tennessee – Knoxville and received her masters in Applied Behavior Analysis at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. She has about 8 years of experience working in ABA and has worked with kiddos from ages 2-22. Kiley loves seeing her clients learn and grow so they can become their most independent and amazing selves.

Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her siblings (Kiley is one of 8 kids!) and working on her cross stitching. Her friends and her also make it their mission to try as many new restaurants in Chicago as possible, so you can always find them somewhere new!

Nicole Bauer, M.A., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Nicole Bauer, M.A., BCBA

Originally from Michigan, Nicole is a BCBA who has over 10 years of clinical and educational experience in the field of ABA. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Western Michigan University where she was first introduced to ABA while completing her psychology internship. She subsequently earned her Master of Arts degree in ABA from Western Michigan University.

Nicole has experience working with a variety of populations, including children and adolescents with autism, behavior disorders, and trauma and anxiety disorders. She has provided treatment in multidisciplinary clinics, homes, schools, and residential facilities. Her favorite part about being a BCBA is celebrating her clients’ big and small achievements and watching them enjoy their learning process along the way.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys being a foodie and trying new restaurants in the city, listening to her vinyls, and tending to her cat and many plants.

Molly Robinson, M.S., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Molly Robinson, M.S., BCBA

Molly Robinson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Chicago ABA Therapy. She is originally from Edina, MN and attended the University of Notre Dame for her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, continuing on to earn her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Galway.

With just over 5 years experience in the field of ABA, Molly is passionate about creating environments that set clients up for success and promoting independence wherever possible. Her favorite part of her job is celebrating client wins and finding creative ways to use client interests to teach new skills.

In her free time, Molly likes to go for long runs, read, and discover new coffee shops in Chicago!

Dan Kraft is a Chicago-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He earned a Master of Education at DePaul university and a Certificate of Graduate Study in Behavior Analysis at Northern Illinois University.

As a BCBA, Dan has worked in multidisciplinary clinical and home settings with learners aged 2-15.
In his free time, Dan plays the banjo and reads a lot of history. He also enjoys baking.

Constantina Mastoracos, M.S., BCBA

Constantina is originally from Greece and moved to Chicago when she was 14 years old. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and pursued her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pepperdine University.
Before Constantina discovered ABA, she worked as a ballet and Greek school teacher where her passion for working with kids and making learning fun and exciting grew. She has worked in the ABA field for about 4 years and has worked with a variety of learners ages 2-7.
Constantina’s favorite part of being a BCBA is celebrating her learners’ wins and establishing creative and fun environments that promote client success.
In her free time, Constantina loves to explore the city and find new restaurants and bakeries.
Hanneh Shiheiber-Gilmer, M.Ed., BCBA - Chicago ABA Therapy

Hanneh Shiheiber-Gilmer, M.Ed., BCBA

Hanneh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. With over six years of dedicated experience as a special education teacher and more than 15 years of professional experience with children with disabilities, Hanneh is a compassionate and enthusiastic expert in the field. Her comprehensive experiences have provided her with a deep understanding of behavior analysis and its pivotal role in nurturing client success.

Hanneh received her bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in Special Education and Elementary Education and a master’s degree from Vanderbilt University in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education Low Incidence Disabilities. Hanneh is dedicated to establishing an inclusive and affirming environment for all individuals, emphasizing the importance of respect and positivity in her work.

She believes collaboration is important for promoting success and growth in the client’s school, home, and community.
In her free time, Hanneh enjoys rock climbing, long nature walks, and reading good books.
