Responsibilities

As an RBT/BT at Chicago ABA Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

  • Targeted Therapy: Plan and provide individualized therapy for a variety of children on your caseload.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and make data-based decisions for skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
  • Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with BCBAs to implement personalized programs for each child.
  • Connection with Clients: Build strong connections with children and their families, demonstrating creativity and flexibility in your approach.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required. We offer excellent training and support for all team members.
  • Attributes: We value openness to working with children of all ages and with various disorders, the ability to connect with children and parents, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Work Setting

  • Location: Our clinic in Wilmette, providing in-person, outpatient services in a private practice setting.
  • Schedule: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with no travel required.
