Responsibilities
As an RBT/BT at Chicago ABA Therapy, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children on your caseload.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized programs tailored to each child’s specific needs.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in ABA therapy is preferred, but we offer excellent training for those new to the field.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, though not required.
- A passion for working with children with autism and helping them succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
