About the Position

As a BCBA at Chicago ABA Therapy, you will play a crucial role in assessing and delivering clinical services to children aged 2-5. You will also oversee a team of talented Behavior Technicians (BTs) and work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech-language pathologists, feeding therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of children and their families.
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train BTs.
  • Conduct skill-based assessments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum of two years working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and writing skills, ability to supervise and train others independently, and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Education: Master's degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,500 to $85,000 per year, along with an attractive benefits package, including:
