Join Our Team: ABA Therapist at Chicago ABA Therapy
We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate ABA Therapists to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a $500 sign-on bonus. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the development and progress of the children on your caseload, working closely with our experienced BCBAs.

Chicago ABA Therapy is a multidisciplinary private practice located in Wilmette, specializing in life-changing therapeutic services for children with autism spectrum disorder. Our focus is on providing exceptional care to children ages 2-5 through a holistic approach that integrates multiple therapeutic disciplines, including ABA therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and psychological services. We also offer a therapeutic preschool and kindergarten program to support our young learners.

Responsibilities
- Provide targeted therapy to children on your caseload.
- Conduct data analysis and make data-driven decisions for skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Implement individualized programs for each child in collaboration with BCBAs.
- Engage with children and parents, creating a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.
- Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in your approach to therapy.
Qualifications
- Prior ABA therapy experience is a plus, but not required. We offer excellent training!
- Openness to working with children of all ages and with a variety of disorders.
- Ability to connect with children and their families.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Work Setting
- Clinic-based in Wilmette, no travel required.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule.
