Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee ABA programs for children on your caseload, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions and treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and ensure data-driven decision-making to support each child's progress.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to ABA therapists, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with families to educate and empower them with strategies to support their child’s development.
  • Monitor, analyze, and adjust treatment plans based on data collection and ongoing assessments.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client progress and maintain open communication with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

  • BCBA Certification is required.
  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree
  • Strong experience working with children with autism in an ABA setting.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing ABA therapists.
