Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children on your caseload.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized programs tailored to each child’s specific needs.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in ABA therapy is preferred, but we offer excellent training for those new to the field.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, though not required.
  • A passion for working with children with autism and helping them succeed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
