Erica Pozzie is a BCBA who has worked in the field for more than 17 years in multiple leadership roles. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bradley University in 2005 and her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 2007. In the 17 years that Erica has been in the field of Behavior Analysis, she has worked with adults and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, children with traumatic and acquired brain injuries, the elderly, and also the application of Behavior Analysis within the day to day operations of organizations, which is known as Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).

After Erica received her Masters degree, she worked for a non-profit organization in the Chicagoland area. Initially, Erica worked as a BCBA consultant and supervisor to the case managers, but soon was promoted into a director role. It was in that position, Erica gained valuable leadership skills and a passion for ensuring the quality delivery of services for program participants through staff training, education and support.

This interest strengthened even further after Erica changed roles in the year 2013 and joined the leadership team at another Chicagoland ABA organization. From 2016 until 2021, Erica oversaw the day to day clinical operations including overall service delivery, staff training, staff supervision, research, and quality outcomes for over 1,000 children on the spectrum as Chief Clinical Officer.

At CABAT as a Director of Operations, Erica’s role focuses on her expertise in the aforementioned areas and supporting the organization to provide the highest quality of ABA services with a focus on organizational growth and navigating the evolving ABA industry. Erica is enthusiastic about CABAT’s commitment to excellence in staff training and development and how that directly impacts client outcomes and how that sets them apart from other organizations.
