Andie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with many years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults with a variety of developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She is originally from Toronto, Canada and began her career in the field as a volunteer ski instructor for children and teens with disabilities.
Andie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Disability Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. She also holds a diploma in Developmental Services from Humber College in Toronto, where she completed additional post-graduate coursework in Behavioral Science. Andie has worked in a variety of settings including clinic, community, home, and school. Her educational background and experience enable her to approach service delivery from an individualized perspective, respecting client differences and highlighting their strengths.
In her spare time, Andie still loves to ski. She enjoys gardening and taking road trips with her husband and their rescue dog, Shiloh.
