Megan has extensive experience leading parent training sessions to promote consistency and carryover of skills for behavior intervention plans, resulting in incredible gains for children in the home, school, and therapeutic settings. Prior to joining the Chicago ABA Therapy team as the Director of ABA services, Megan worked in various schools in the Chicago area and provided in-home ABA programming in Arizona and Minnesota. She also served as a language instructor for two years in Gifu, Japan.

Megan currently holds a position as our Executive Director of Clinical Services. Within this role she manages the clinical development and excellence of Chicago ABA Therapy. Megan has been part of our team since 2017 and worked within school settings for 10 years prior to joining. She has had the pleasure of building relationships with many of our families and children and continues supporting our early learners and families within school and therapeutic services.
